UNIVERSAL POSTAL SERVICE

128. Mail services under Universal Postal Service. - The Post Office shall offer the following products of mails services under the Universal Postal Services, namely: -

(a) Domestic

1. Letters
2. Letter card
3. Book Post
4. Periodical Post
5. Registered Newspaper  
6. Literature for Blind
7. India Post Parcel
8. Post Card

(b) International

1. Letters
2. Aerogramme
3. Post Card
4. Airmail Post Card
5. Small Packet
6. Printed Papers
7. Literature for Blind
8. International Air Parcel
