PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH COLLABORATION

174. Post Office network for citizen centric services. - (1) Post Office shall provide its network for offering citizen centric service offered by any Ministry or Department under the Central Government in accordance with the mutually agreed terms and conditions.  

  1. The concerned authority of a Post Office entering into a partnership or agreement, shall provide any product or service towards promotions or implementation of the policies of the State Government, local bodies, public or private entities, in accordance with the mutually agreed terms and conditions.  
  2. The charges, operating and accounting procedures for operationalisation of these partnerships or agreement as per sub-regulations (1) and (2) above, shall be such as may be issued by administrative instructions by the Director General from time to time.
